November 02, 2007 While running Stargate in 2005, I became enchanted with the idea of doing a Farscape/Stargate crossover. I had a good look at the Farscape roleplaying book and found it rather disappointing. The Stargate book, however, more than made up for it. I knew enough both shows to know that Farscape could be coverted to the Stargate system. I started working on it, hoping that I would be able to finish in time to try it out on my players. I put up a small site just for my crossover efforts, hoping to get feedback without my players seeing it. Unfortunately, the game ended and other things started to take precedence. Rather than continue with two separate web sites, I've melded the two. If you click the "STARSCAPE" link above, you'll see the crossover material. October 03, 2006 Since I've become familiar with Dreamweaver templates I have decided to use them for this site, rather than continuing with iframes. Apparently older browsers don't support iframes and I want to be sure that as many people as possible can navigate this site easily. The site looks the same but it is different in a significant way. In other words, if you don't notice a difference, don't sweat it. September 13, 2006 I have undertaken a complete site overhaul here. I have added a new mission to the Missions section, and done a bit of writing on the DM Miscellany page. I have also fixed a few things that were out of order, like a broken image and a broken link I found. November 20, 2005 A new mission is available for your consideration. It was pretty fun when I ran it for my group and injected some Hinduism in Stargate. October 20, 2005 There are two new missions available for perusal and download in the Missions section (click the link to your right). I will be adding more as soon as I can. August 5, 2005 There is a new mission available for perusal and download in the Missions section (click the link to your right). It was the first mission that I came up with for the Stargate milieu, and when it was run, it went very well. I hope that it can be of use to other SG groups. July 19, 2005 I have added a page for miscellaneous details. Right now the Miscellaneous page has information about psychological profiling (with a sample questionnaire to hand out to players), gathering ideas, and naming. You can find the link in the column to your right. I also added some links to the links page. July 6, 2005 I have added a page about some of the mechanics of the Stargate roleplaying system. It is not possible to mention everything, but I tried to go over major components. June 29, 2005 I have added two new pages about the technology of the Goa'uld, with a lot of pictures to illustrate. June 22, 2005 I have added a new page discussing the classes available in the core Stargate book. I have also updated the character backgrounds page to provide a good example of a background (taken from the show). I have added a few images here and there and done some basic editing. I also submitted this site to some web rings as of the 21st, so you may notice them on the main page. I have also added a page in the Technology section outlining the types of technology commonly found amongst the Asgard. June 20, 2005 An overhaul to this site has begun to make it look and act more to my liking. I hope it suits any and all visitors this site may have. April 30, 2005 I have done an article about the price of the various Stargate products, and about where you can find some deals. April 22, 2005 I have managed to squeeze a little time for myself into my week, and the result is two articles for this web site. You can access them through the panel to the left. One article is on Stargate's Specialty/Species system. (And here is my disclaimer: I have not played Spycraft or had much contact with it, and I am not familiar with a lot of game systems out there. The Specialty/Species setup may have been taken from another game system but if it has, I am not aware of it. Please forgive any assumptions I make about its creation.) The other article is about Stargate's Background system. April 15, 2005 This site has been ever so slowly developing over the last few weeks. I have plenty of ideas and even some content I can add in a pinch, but it's been difficult to throw it all together. There's plenty of room, though. To get an idea of some of the things I've been thinking about, have a look at these subject headings: Smack My Bitch Up: Stargate's Unarmed Combat Feats
